PT. Sinar Surya Graha Persada has Conventional Pumping Unit manufactured by Sichuan Jinxin Co, Ltd, located at Sichuan, China.
"DONGSHI" Pumping Unit has properly instal and operate in Daqing, Shengli, Changqing, Yanchang and Sichuan, and also worldwide sold to USA, Canada, India and Indonesia.
The design, manufacture and instalation with strong technical and obtained ISO 9001 QMS and API Monogram Certificate (11E-0074).
The Main Feature:
- The structure of the whole unit is reasonable and working smootly, with small noise and easy to maintenance.
- Box type structure has been selected for the beam, with the feature of high strength, pretty good rigidity and high bearing capacity.
- Gear reducer uses herringbone double circular arc gears with the features of accurately machined, high bearing capacity and long working life.
- The middle with series roller bearing has been selected for the bearing in the central bearing seat, with the features of high tightness and bearing capacity. Center regulating bearing structure has been selected for equalizer bearing and crank pin bearing, in order to lower the errors of installation and vibration of the pumping unit in operation.
- Upward moving and hanging structure could be selected for the horse head.
- Tower type or tripod stucture has been adopted for the support, with the features of excellent stability and easy to instal on site.
- Crank counterweight are ajusted by the rack and pinion set, with the features of easy and accurate regulation.
- Internal expansion or external contracting brake with insurance device is easy, quick and effective for operating.
